Policies.
U-Pick Admission Refunds
Admission is $5 per person and refundable up to 24 hours before your booked slot — email hello@aestheticranch.com with your confirmation code. Inside 24 hours we can move you to another open slot at no charge.
Weather & Cancellations
If we cancel a pick day for weather, safety, or crop conditions, everyone booked into that day is fully refunded and notified by email the morning of. We aim to reopen the same week whenever possible.
No-Shows
If you don't arrive during your booked hour, we release the spot so the next family can pick. No-show bookings aren't refunded.
Season Passes
Season passes cover admission for the named holders for the calendar year printed on the pass. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated, except for a full refund if we cancel the season.
On-Farm Safety
This is a working farm — uneven ground, animals, sun, and bugs. Kids stay with an adult at all times. Closed-toe shoes recommended. By entering, you accept the ordinary risks of a farm visit on behalf of yourself and your party.
Allergens & Pets
We grow fruit alongside working bee hives and keep livestock on the property. If you have severe bee, pollen, or animal allergies, plan accordingly. Service animals welcome; leave pets at home.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the ranch — your name, email, phone, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We never sell your information.
Terms of Service
By booking a pick, buying a pass, or joining an event you agree to these policies and to follow staff instructions on the property. We reserve the right to refuse or end a visit for safety reasons.
