Regenerative grazing
Our cattle move to fresh grass on a schedule set by the land, not the calendar. Small paddocks, short grazes, long rest. That rhythm builds root systems, cycles nutrients, and puts carbon back in the ground.
Grass-fed & grass-finished
Every animal we raise for beef lives its entire life on pasture. No grain finishing, no feedlot, no shortcuts. It takes longer, and the meat is worth it.
Pasture-raised pork, poultry, and goat
Our hogs root in the woods and wallow in the shade. Broiler chickens are moved to fresh grass every morning. Goats browse the fence lines and hills. Everyone on this ranch gets to be what they are.
No synthetic pesticides or herbicides
The garden and pastures get compost, cover crops, and time. We hand-weed and pull thistle when we need to. No sprays, no synthetic fertilizer.
Why we're not certified organic
Because the certificate isn't the point. Our standards exceed what the label requires, and we'd rather put the money and hours into the soil and into inviting you out to see for yourself. The transparency is the certification. Come walk the fence line — that's the paperwork we're proud of.
